A fire was quickly doused at a home in the Riverland Mobile Home Park between Redding and Anderson Wednesday morning. Cal-Fire/Shasta County Fire was assisted by Anderson Fire Department. The fire was extinguished in about 5 minutes. It was burning in the ceiling and apparently had started due to poor chimney maintenance.
