A former Cal Fire Captain accused of more than 134 counts of child sexual abuse against 7 victims has told the court that he doesn’t need an attorney and wants to represent himself. 40-year-old Peter Erick Mock was initially arrested in July of 2022 at the Big Bend Cal Fire Station. Last week Mock reiterated his not guilty pleas to all the charges against him, but this time he spoke in his own defense. Mock returns to court September 2nd for the setting of trial dates. He’s being held on bail of more than $2 Million.
