A one-day stand-down event to help homeless and needy veterans will be held in Glenn County on Wednesday. It’s being organized by county agencies and will take place at the Glenn County Fairgrounds in Orland from 10AM to 2PM on Wednesday. A variety of services are offered, including food, housing and healthcare. all U.S. Military veterans and their families are encouraged to attend. There’s no cost and no pre-registration required.
