A Redding Gynecologist is facing charges of sexual battery. Dr. Jorge Pena was arraigned last week for sexual battery and battery, both of them misdemeanor charges. Last year a nurse accused Dr. Pena of unwanted physical contact during work hours at Mercy Medical Center. Pena will return to court November 20th.
