A preliminary hearing has been delayed again for a woman accused of being drunk and driving on the wrong side of Interstate 5 in Tehama County when she crashed head-on into another vehicle in May. 20-year-old Carleigh McCormick of Shasta Lake City was killed in the crash near Corning. Her family and friends have expressed concerns over the continued delays as 49-year-old Angela Eberle Wilde of Vacaville remains out of custody. She was arrested 110 days after the crash and charged with murder and gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated. Four days later she was released on $300,000 bail. The preliminary hearing is set for January.
