A Round Mountain based medical provider has been named the non profit of the year by State Senator Brian Dahle. Hill Country Health and Wellness Center was established in 1985 by four people who saw a need to fill for healthcare services in the region. Hill Country has since expanded with outreach offices and clinics in Redding, where it’s boosted its contribution to the community by filling a vital need for mental health services. This is the 8th year that state legislators have been honoring non profits with the annual recognition.
