A boil water order has been issued for Jones Valley. That will remain in effect until further notice, although taps are expected to lose pressure if they haven’t already. A hose with non-potable water is available at a hydrant on Elk Trail East for residents to fill their own containers. Bottled water can be picked up at the Jones Valley Volunteer Fire Station on Ravine Road Thursday and Friday between 7am and 10 am or between 2pm and 6pm. Elderly or disabled customers who need help can call Public Works at (530) 225-5571.
