The Redding League of Women Voters will host a free informational meeting on Saturday to discuss what’s on the November 4th Special Election Ballot. Presenters will cover two items that will be on the ballot, Redding’s Measure A, which proposes a 1% transactions and use tax to fund law enforcement and other services, and California Proposition 50, which seeks to authorize temporary partisan changes to Congressional district maps in response to Texas’ partisan redistricting.
