A man accused of inflicting severe injuries in a domestic violence incident was arraigned on Friday. 23-year-old Sean Lyle Moore was arrested last week at Shasta Regional Medical Center, where his alleged victim was hospitalized. Moore’s bail was set at a million dollars and a protective order was issued for the victim. Moore returns to court on Wednesday of next week.
