A man accused of murdering his mother and his brother has been ordered to answer to all charges. In September of last year Redding Police arrived at a home on Abernathy Lane to find Chastity Milenewicz and Anthony Penta shot to death. 32-year-old Jesse Penta was arrested at the scene. He had his preliminary hearing on Thursday for two counts of murder with special allegations. Another special allegation was added for murder for financial gain. After being evaluated by two doctors for mental competency, Penta has chosen to fire his counsel and represent himself. He returns to court April 2nd.
