A Red Bluff man has been arrested after an investigation into alleged narcotics sales. On Wednesday the Tehama County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at a home on Franzel Road. Investigators reported finding evidence of Methamphetamine sales, as well as stolen property. 60-year-old Rickey Usted was booked into jail on several charges.
