A Tehama County man is accused of a domestic violence-related murder. Sunday evening deputies and CHP Officers responded for a reported domestic disturbance at a home in the community of Mineral. They arrived to find a deceased woman. She appeared to have been struck in the head with a blunt object. The object believed to have been used was found and recovered as evidence. 24-year-old Toyla Ray Muer was interviewed and then booked into jail for murder.
