A Tehama County man has been found guilty by a jury of sexually assaulting a young teenager. DNA evidence corroborated the accusations by a 13-year-old girl against 42-year-old Justin Arnold Miller. On Friday he was convicted of committing six felony forcible sex crimes during four separate encounters. He’ll be sentenced June 21st.
