A man has been sentenced for a chase in Tehama County. Kenneth Bernhard Hart Jr fled from the CHP and drove recklessly until he crashed his car, and he then fled on foot. He was found nearby and apprehended. Hart was convicted by a jury and has been sentenced to 3 years in prison.
