Who would steal a firefighter’s gear? Apparently Nathan Richard Tolbert would. The 43-year-old Red Bluff man has pleaded guilty to petty theft with two or more related priors, making it a felony. He had stolen the firefighting gear valued at $2,000 from the victim’s car. Tolbert has been sentenced to 3 years in state prison.
