A Red Bluff man has been sentenced for stabbing his brother. On February 3rd, the victim was at the kitchen stove cooking dinner when 52-year-old James Ray McDonald came up behind him with a knife and stabbed him in the back of the head. McDonald then chased his wounded brother through the house saying he was going to kill him. He’s been sentenced to nearly 8 years in state prison.
