A massage therapist who was practicing at the Mount Shasta Mall has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting female customers. Two women have accused Miao Hengguan, and Redding Police are urging other potential victims to contact them. On Friday the District Attorney’s Office charged Hengguan with three felony counts.
