Another new judge has been appointed Governor Newsom for Shasta County Superior Court. Ryan Birss is a graduate of U.C San Francisco. He’s has had his own private law practice since 2018 and prior to that he worked for Eric Alan Berg and Associates. Birss will fill a vacancy following the retirement of Judge Monique McKee. Judge Birss’s start date has not yet been determined.
