Redding’s Neighborhood Police Unit made a drug related arrest on Tuesday. Officers had suspected 59-year-old Marty Winn of dealing Methamphetamine and they were watching him. He has a long criminal history going back to the 1990s and has 9 prior arrests for selling drugs. When officers saw him driving away from his home they stopped him and arrested him on a felony warrant, and then they searched his home. Officers reported finding 17 Ounces of Meth, a small amount of Fentanyl and evidence of sales. Winn was booked into jail, and he’s eligible for sentencing enhancements due to his priors.
