Oakland Man Sentenced To Two Years In State Prison On Drug Charges

An Oakland man who was busted with Cocaine in Tehama County has been sentenced. 47-year-old Rodrigo Gutierrez Sosa was a passenger in a car that was blocking traffic. When Tehama County Deputies responded to complaints of the traffic hazard they found Sosa and the driver sound asleep. Sosa was on felony probation, so the deputies asked him to get out of the car. As he did so, he grabbed his backpack, so it was searched along with Sosa. It contained 20 Grams of Cocaine packaged into One Gram bags. After pleading guilty to possession of drugs for sale, Sosa has been sentenced to 2 years in state prison.
