A married couple accused of murdering their 2-year-old daughter will have new court dates assigned next month after one of their attorneys quit. 30-year-old Riley Royal and 26-year-old Amanda Royal were arrested in 2023. They allegedly killed the little girl and buried her several days later at Whiskeytown. The Royals are each charged with murder along with enhancements that include murder with torture. New counsel was confirmed for Riley last week after his previous attorney quit several weeks ago. Both Royals will return to court March 17th.
