Plans are moving forward for the True North Behavioral Health Campus despite a lack of support from a majority of the Shasta County Board of Supervisors. Arch Collaborative and Signature Healthcare say they’re going ahead Tuesday with submitting a proposal to the California Behavioral Health Continuum Infrastructure Program for a $150 Million grant, which would be added to $50 Million from signature. More than 200 stakeholders have been working for over a year to establish a local facility to provide a wide variety of local mental health needs.
