The Bureau of Reclamation has announced the continuation of public negotiation sessions with the Sites Project Authority for a partnership agreement for the proposed Sites Reservoir Project. Reclamation and the Sites Project Authority are partnering on capacity interest in the project to construct a new 1.5 Million Acre-Foot offstream reservoir approximately 10 miles west of Maxwell. The negotiation sessions will be held at the Sites Authority’s Office at 122 Old Highway 99W in Maxwell on June 1st from 10AM to 4PM. Also on June 3rd from 10AM to 4PM. The public is welcome to attend and will have the opportunity to provide comments. The proposed contract will be available at each session.
