A 58-year-old Red Bluff man has been given a long prison sentence for rape. In June of 2024 John Armando Ochoa went into the victim’s Red Bluff motel room uninvited and physically and sexually assaulted her. Ochoa was on parole at the time and had a prior conviction for sexual assault. He’s been sentenced to 40 years in state prison.
