A 51-year-old Red Bluff man is accused of sex crimes against children. After a 7 month investigation covering several counties, Tehama County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Thomas Dale Patrick Jr Wednesday at a home on China Rapids Drive in Red Bluff. He’s charged with 32 felony counts involving forcible rape of children under the age of 14. The Sheriff’s Office says Patrick has lived in various areas of Northern California and they’re seeking anyone with information to help the investigation.
