A 32-year-old Red Bluff man is missing in Siskiyou County. Jacob Ryan Pontoni-Cooper was reported missing by his mother on Tuesday. Apparently the last time he was seen was November 12th in Downtown Yreka. He’s a White man, 5-foot-8 and 180 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. A photo is on the KQMS Facebook Page.
