A 50-year-old Red Bluff man has been given a life sentence for molesting a small child. Corey Allan Casey was convicted in May of last year by a Tehama County jury for crimes he committed in April of 2024. He sexually abused a 6-year-old girl while he was babysitting her. The girl told her parents about it when she returned home. During last year’s trial, the Tehama County District Attorney’s Office commended the victim for bravely providing testimony. Last week Casey was sentenced to 30-years-to-life in state prison.
