Red Bluff Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager. 16-year-old Ashley Gisele Galvan-Barragan is 5-foot-2 and 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Ashley was last seen last Wednesday the 15th at Red Bluff High School, but she did not return home after school. Her photo is on the KQMS Facebook page.
A missing Red Bluff man is considered at risk due to medical issues. 53-year-old Jeffrey John Wolfe is 6-feet-tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans when he was last seen on Thursday of last week at Red Bluff City Park. He suffers conditions including seizures and schizophrenia.
