The City of Redding is planning a series of meetings for budget modification, but they want to wait until closer to the arrival of the new city manager. The first of the meetings had been planned for Thursday, but it’s been canceled and will be rescheduled for some time in January. New City Manager William Tarbox is not expected to arrive by then but officials want the budget modification process to begin closer to when he can be a part of it.
