Redding’s Neighborhood Police Unit has made a large drug bust. Officers had been investigating 43-year-old Krystal Dispensa, who was living at a home on Lancers Lane in east Redding with her boyfriend, 41-year-old Steven Hawkins. A search warrant was served and officers reported finding more than 3 pounds of methamphetamine, much of it packaged for sale, along with about $2,600.
