A compliance sweep of convicted sex offenders was done last week in Redding. RPD Officers visited 30 individuals. Eight of them were referred to the District Attorney’s Office for possibly violating their registration requirements. Two of them, 62-year-old Andre Joseph Reyna and 62-year-old Ronald Anthony Casparino, were arrested for failing to register.
