There was a fatal crash on Airport Road in East Redding Friday night. Just after 7 O’clock a 2013 Ford pickup was southbound when a 2017 Chrysler minivan pulled out from Sylvia Lane and was struck. The driver and passenger of the van were both transported to a hospital, where the driver was later pronounced dead. Redding Police say drugs or alcohol are not suspected.
