Concerts at the Redding Civic Auditorium are generally peaceful and trouble-free, but one man caused trouble Saturday night during a concert by the rock band 311. The RPD had four officers assigned to the event, and they were contacted to help when 43-year-old Allen Perry of Bella Vista was arguing with a private security guard and refused to leave. Police who escorted him outside say he was very drunk and belligerent and refused multiple times when told to leave. He then resisted being taken into custody and reportedly kicked an officers after he was handcuffed. Perry was booked into jail on several charges.
