A woman was arrested in South Redding after being found asleep at a stop sign. At 3:40PM Tuesday afternoon Redding Police were told about an unconscious driver at the intersection of Creekside Street and Sacramento Drive. They say they found 35-year-old Katie Brooks still sleeping. There were also three little girls in the car, who are apparently her daughters. Brooks was helped from the car and reportedly found to be extremely intoxicated, testing at over four times the legal limit. She was booked into jail for DUI and three counts of felony child endangerment.
