A man was arrested near a Redding school Monday, reportedly in possession of drugs for sale and a replica handgun. Redding Police were called just before Noon on a report of a man on drugs with a handgun in the area of Sequoia School. RPD Park Rangers found 29-year-old Ronald Lowe and stopped him at gunpoint. They say he had a fake gun that looked real and 50 Xanax pills.
