A man arrested in the middle of the night last Wednesday is being called a habitual criminal offender by Redding Police. 36-year-old Tristan Flores was in the parking lot of Domino’s Pizza on East Cypress, throwing trash around and refusing to leave. He was combative with officers and kicked one of them multiple times while being taken into custody. He was booked into jail and later released, a process he’s been through more than 25 times in the past three years. Flores is banned from many Redding businesses due to his behavior and is known for assaulting police. Both officers involved in arresting him are off work after needing medical treatment for quickly spreading infections on their hands.
