A Redding man suffered a stab wound to his chest following an incident early Thursday morning. Police were called just after 1:30AM to the 2300 Block of Athens Avenue and provided lifesaving measures until medical personnel arrived on scene. He is expected to survive the attack, however the incident is still being investigated, and there is no known suspect.
