Additional sentencing enhancements are being applied against a woman already convicted for an attack at the Anderson Walmart in 2024. 40-year-old Amber Marie Bonner struck the victim in the head with a rock, causing a laceration that sent her to the hospital. Two weeks ago a jury found Bonner guilty of assault with a deadly weapon with an enhancement for violent conduct that indicates a serious danger to society. A bifurcated trial on additional enhancements took place last week. Sentencing is March 17th.
