Series Of Public Meetings Planned On Plans To Reduce Homelessness In The Northstate

With the City of Redding recently taking over control of the Continuum of Care Services for homeless assistance in California’s seven northern counties, public input is vital to address what needs to be addressed and avoid waste and duplication of services. A series of public meetings will gather input and set a course of action. Three meetings are scheduled, one of them Wednesday evening from 6PM to 8PM, another one next Thursday from 10AM to Noon and another on February 22nd from Noon to 2PM. They’ll all be held in the Redding City Hall Community Room, and can also be accessed online via Zoom. More details are available by calling 225-4299.
