Supervisors Show Support For Building Building Medical School

A group that was formed to study the feasibility of a medical school in Northern California made an optimistic report to the Shasta County Board of Supervisors Tuesday. There was not much new information though, beyond a confirmation of what has already been established, which is the existence of a physician shortage in the North State. The board approved a letter of support for the ongoing efforts toward a Shasta County medical school.
