Financial help is being sought for a teenager who was badly injured in a rodeo. 16-year-old Red Bluff High School Bullrider Giovanni Kent was thrown from a bull and then stepped on during a rodeo event on April 15th. He suffered a broken back and has already undergone two surgeries to have two metal rods placed in his spine to stabilize it and protect his spinal cord. Giovanni comes from a longtime rodeo family and his parents, David and Jocelyn, will be hard pressed to cover all the expenses. Friends are trying to raise $10,000 for them on gofundme.com.
