Tehama County Sheriff’s Deputies made a very large drug bust over the weekend. At 12:39AM Saturday morning deputies pulled over a car driven by 48-year-old Javier Mendoza-Zamora going northbound on Interstate 5 in the Cottonwood area. Silas the K9 sniffed around and alerted to the presence of drugs, so a search was done. Deputies reported finding 50 Pounds of Methamphetamine and around $12,000.
