Traffic was at a complete stop and backed up for miles on Southbound Interstate 5 north of Lakehead Thursday. At around 10AM a tractor-trailer spun out on the bridge over Slate Creek just south of Lamoine and struck the center divide. The truck came to rest sideways completely blocking all lanes of traffic and the shoulders. There was also a significant Diesel spill flowing into the storm drains. One lane was reopened at around 11:20AM.
