A big rig spilled its load on Interstate 5 Tuesday afternoon, completely blocking the southbound lanes at Jelly’s Ferry Road. Traffic was diverted from the 4:24PM crash until the lanes were cleared more than 4 hours later. The full load of lumber from two flatbed trailers spread across the lanes and the truck came to rest on the driver’s side. The trucker was hospitalized with unknown injuries.
