Justin Knight has apparently been released on bail. The 39-year-old Redding man is suspected in the shooting death of his girlfriend on October 23rd at a home on Washington Avenue. Knight was found unconscious from an apparent overdose and after recovering last week he was charged with first degree murder. His bail had been set at a Million Dollars, and he’s not currently listed as being in custody at Shasta County Jail. He has a court appearance scheduled for Monday. Knight is a Paralegal and former Probation Officer who owns Precision Legal Documents and Criminal Record Clearing.
