The victim of a homicide that occurred at a North Redding home Saturday night was apparently the suspect’s mother. Redding Police Officers were dispatched to Shadow Glen Drive, in a neighborhood east of Twin View. The dead woman has been identified as 57-year-old Nancy Grimmer, as reported by Action News Now. Police say she was shot to death. 34-year-old Robert Cartee was booked into jail for murder. The case is still under investigation and anyone with information is urged to call detectives at 225-4214.
