After six weeks, an arrest has been made for a murder in Red Bluff. 18-year-old Robert Johnson of Redding was shot to death very early on the morning of March 18th on Oak Street in Red Bluff. Police detectives appealed to the public for information and they followed up on many of the leads they were provided. On Tuesday 18-year-old Joel Rosales of Corning was arrested and booked into jail on an open count of murder.
