The Anderson Police Department has identified and arrested the suspect connected to the incidents that occurred at Anderson River Park on Saturday. Thanks to information from the community, 36-year old Travis Robert Roach of Redding was located in Redding Monday, and taken into custody without incident. Roach was booked into the Shasta County Jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, felony vandalism, misdemeanor battery, and several active misdemeanor warrants.
