The woman killed in a rollover collision at Victor and Hartnell Avenues last week has been identified by the Shasta County Coroners Office as 32-year-old Deseray Lyn Ramirez of Redding. Police said Ramirez was talking on FaceTime on her cell phone when she ran a red light. She was driving a white pickup with two youths inside, when she collided with an orange Subaru sedan traveling south on Victor. Ramirez was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected when the truck overturned and came to rest on its roof. Redding Police said the youths were taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. A 41-year-old Redding man was driving the orange sedan. Police have not said whether he was injured in the wreck.
