A portion of Lake Boulevard in Shasta Lake will be closed until April 17th to all but emergency traffic because of construction. The work to construct a new water tank will be taking place at the intersection of Lake Boulevard and Kennett Road. Motorists headed to Shasta Dam, or the Centimudi Boat Ramp are advised to use State Route 151 instead. Access to both will be available with this detour. Drive carefully while work is underway.
